All persons entering these premises do so at own risk.
By entering the park everyone take note of the following: I, by entering this park, confirm that i: a) Fully understand and appreciate the nature and the extend of ALL the risks involved in participating in the activities. b) Appreciate and understand the ambit of the risk(s) involved in participating in the activities. c) Consent to the risk of possible injury and / or death associated with participating in the activities. d) Shall raise the necessary inquiries to the Manager of the park in writing, alternatively in person, should any risk be unclear to me, in order to fully understand and appreciate such risk, PRIOR to participating in the activities. e) Understand that i remain primarily responsible for my own health, safety and wellbeing at the activities. f) Shall use the facilities/equipment in accordance with the instructions provided; and g) Should i not understand how to use equipment/ facilities, i have an obligation to ask for assistance and / or to acquaint myself with the instructions on how to use equipment/facilities PRIOR to using them. In the event of a minor child I, by entering the minor child in the park, confirm that i: a) Am the parent/guardian of the minor child, alternatively, I am duly authorized to agree to the participation of the minor child in the activities. b) I fully understand and appreciate the nature and the extent of ALL the risks involved in the participation of the minor child in the activities; c) Appreciate and understand the ambit of the risk to which the minor child may be subjected; d) consent to the risk of possible injury and / or death associated with minor child’s participation in the activities; e) shall raise the necessary inquiries to the Manager of the park in writing, alternatively in person, should any risk be unclear to me, in order to fully understand and appreciate such risk, PRIOR to participating in the activities; f) Understand that i remain primarily responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of the minor child at the activities; g) Shall be responsible for ensuring that the minor child use the facilities/equipment in accordance with the instruction provided; and h) Should I/ the minor child not understand how to use equipment / the facilities, I have an obligation to ask for assistance and / or to acquaint myself with the instructions on how to use equipment/ facilities PRIOR to allowing the minor child to use them.
The use of these facilities are at own risk. The Landlord, Owners and Staff Members shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage arising or suffered by any person making use of these facilities, including, but not limited to, personal injury or death, or any harm caused to any person, or damage, loss or destruction of any property of any person, arising from negligence by the Owners or Staff Members (other than gross negligence on the part of the Owners) or theft or any other reason whatsoever. The Owners or Manager on Duty reserve the right to remove any person from the premises when such a person is a risk to him/herself or any other person or is causing a nuisance. The terms of this notice are severable. Should any legislation or other law restrict or prohibit the effect of this Notice, such restriction or prohibition shall not invalidate the remainder of this Notice.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Swimming pools may only be used from 09:00 to 16:30.
No Diving, Jumping into swimming pools as it is shallow and you can get seriously hurt. Another reason is that you don’t know how deep it is. Please use the steps provided at each pool. Cedar Junction Management takes no responsibility for any persons or children that can not swim.
Please adhere to the life guards on duty as they are there to ensure your safety.
Please adhere to the rules with regard to usage of the slides as well as the weight restrictions on each slide – it is all for safety.
No Alcohol allowed close to any of the pool or ride at any time – please keep it at your venue/lapa or spot you using for the day.
No wood fires inside the park – please only use charcoal.
Danger:
- No sliding whilst under the influence of alcohol/drugs as it may cause serious injury to you or other visitors.
- No pregnant ladies to use the slides at any time.
- No 2 people to slide on 1 slide at a time – only single persons per time.
- No belly or knee sliding on the slides.
- No limbs outside the train at any time.
- If any person has any of the following medical conditions, please refrain from using the waterslides.
• Epileptic fits
• Seizures
• Pregnancy
• Dental procedures done in the last 6 months.
• Major body surgery
• Any open wounds
• Any broken bones in the last 6 months
• Any concussion or head injuries in the last 6 months
• Mental disability
